CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a pick-up service at this moment.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will send tracking details to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

To ensure safe receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot deliver your order to P.O. Box address. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, and National holidays and will only be processed the following business day. Delays may occur due to unforeseeable circumstances (weather, volume, traffic, etc). For the most accurate delivery date estimates, please refer to the shipping timeline at checkout. 

With our small batch production, all āṅga pieces are closely made to order. Please allow 21 business days for your order to ship. Orders with more than one item may arrive separately depending on stock availability. 

Additional charges apply for expedited shipping. Note that orders with engraving or any other customizations may require more time to deliver. Please place your request by emailing us at sales@anganewyork.com.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOM DUTIES AND OTHER SHIPPING CHARGES?

Customer is responsible for shipping, tax, and any duties (depending on order location) wherever applicable.

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the order reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. Please keep in mind shipping is non-refundable and that we are unable to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid.

WHAT IS MY PRODUCT’S COVERAGE?

āṅga guarantees 90 days wear-and-tear repairs for all its products. We promise to return your repaired piece within 15 - 21 business days. Additional repair charges may apply depending on the condition of the product. Please direct all inquiries at sales@anganewyork.com.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

To modify your order or contact details, please contact sales@anganewyork.com within 24 hours of placing your order. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email us at sales@anganewyork.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been processed, we will issue a refund within 15 business days and email you a return confirmation. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment after we have received the product.

After the 24 hour window, you can apply for an exchange, store credit, or return for your order. Please read our Exchange, Store Credit, & Return Policy below. If you are unsure, please check with us to see whether an item is cancellable before ordering.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, & RETURN POLICY?

To ensure minimal environmental waste, we take a slow business model approach in our production. If you wish to apply for store credit, exchange, or return for your order, please email us at sales@anganewyork.com with your request within 48 hours of receiving your package. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

  • Purchases made with any of our stockists
  • Purchases that are made to order, engraved, or personalized in any way
  • Purchases that are on sale or final sale
  • Individual items that were part of a set

Depending on the product value, additional charges on refunds, shipping (based on location), and restocking fees may apply. Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage and in all original packaging (tags, box, pouch, etc.). Certifications must be returned for all certified jewelry pieces.

Email us at sales@anganewyork.com and we will help you find what you’re looking for. Our pieces are made in limited quantities, so should a piece be sold out or unavailable, sign up on the website to get notified when it is restocked.

HOW DO YOU DESIGN AT ANGA?

We look for inspiration outside the ordinary, sketch out ideas, and head to sampling – to understand the viability of the piece. We explore various materials, sizings, and design modifications. Once finalized, the pieces are put into small batch production, utilizing both machine and handmade techniques. For this reason, no two pieces are exactly the same.

Our jewelry pieces are made with Platinum, 18K Gold, 14K Gold, and 925 Silver. We use other materials including Precious and Semi-Precious Gemstones, Lab Grown Diamonds and Stones, Threads and Textiles, Wood, and more. You can find specific details in the description for each product on the website.
